- Are all employees required to take the OSHA 10 hour training course?
- While OSHA states that employers must protect employees from all known workplace hazards, there is no federal law mandating that employees have the OSHA 10 hour outreach course. However, many States and company owners do require the training as a term of doing business.

- When will I receive my official Department of Labor wallet card?
- Delivery times will vary depending on location, most students receive their cards in 2 to 4 weeks.

What happens if I lose my card?
- Trainers are required to keep student records for 5 years. During that time new cards may be issued. Replacement cards cannot be issued after 5 years. There might be a fee for replacing the card impossed by the OTI.

- Do student course completion cards expire?
- No. Course completion wallet cards do not expire. Note: If a card is lost after 5 years the student must retake the course to receive a new card. Also, owners and employers may require employees to retake the training annually as a term of business.

- Can the course be completed online through web based training?
- Yes. The entire OSHA 10 hour safety training program can be completed online. The program may also be taken in a classroom setting. Trainers keep student test scores and records and submit a detailed course completion report to the Department of Labor. Online courses offer convenience for both students and instructors and ensure timely reporting of required documentation.
